This morning I came to the profound realization that I own five green skirts. Then I went out to Salvation Army and bought a sixth. I can't explain this phenomenon, but at least the holiday gives me a good excuse to wear one.
Anyone else have any bizarre wardrobe over-abundances? (Or paucities?)

I'm with you on the abundance of green skirts. I say you can't have too many! I was in shock this morning when a co worker told me she didn't own any green...I mean, really!?
Agreed! Green is (obviously) one of the staple colors of my wardrobe. Some people just don't like it, I guess.
Hi! I love green, but don't have any green clothes...I have an abundance of black...and purple... this is what I am wearing today...

PS I meant to ask was the brownie recipe an original?
I forgot my St. Patty's day attire, can you believe it! I did some celebrating this weekend so it totally fell of my radar. But I'm thinking green :)
i love this look! i think i have those earrings in green and those boots are amaaaazing.
Stephanie-- glad I'm not the only one with color preferences. The borwnie recipe was actually from a Bon Appetit cookbook I have.
Such a gentle and warm look. Love the Irish Rose earrings.
I like the look gal!
I have way too many white t-shirts in varying stages of wear from semi-new to geez, it's a rag throw it away already!
Becky-- I have tons of t-shirts too, mostly from former clubs/activites/employers. Most of them I'm too sentimental to get rid of, so I'm comtemplating making a t-shirt quilt.
we dress soooo much alike! and i wore a green skirt for st. patty's, too ... my downfall is vintage dresses. i have two closet bars full of them, no joke. I just planted my first thing ever today .. .cat grass!! swiss chard seeds go down tomorrow. i'm excited!!
Karen-- I have a couple of vintage dresses, nothing like your collection, though. I haven't really worn them out much because I'm wary of feeling like a walking museum. Know what I mean? How do you wear them?
