One hundred posts today! Yazoo!
To commemorate this momentous occasion, I'm hosting my first giveaway. I've put together a little bundle (6) of hand-stamped valentines, made by me (who else?). They come with little scalloped-edged envelopes, and have space for To/From on the backs. I made the stamps I used out of wine corks, which adds an extra romantic twist, don't you think?
To enter the giveaway, leave a comment on this post outlining your ideal Valentine's Day. PG-rated, please! Comments close on Tuesday, 2/3, at 11:59 pm EST. I'll announce the winner sometime Wednesday morning/afternoon.
And before I go, I just have to say thanks. It means a lot to me that you're out there, reading my little ramblings, following along. And your comments always, always make me smile.

thank you for your recent comment re: gluten-free goodness. this may be a good excuse to try out some macaroons with the almond flour.
Yay! for 100 posts! Sorry I missed your contest. Cute cards, though :) Keep writing, you can do it!
My ideal Valentine's Day is where I can be with Dan the whole day. Doing nothing in particular. Just spending the day together, watching movies, having a nice dinner and snuggling on the couch.
Congrats on 100 posts. I truly enjoy reading your blog.
I found you through a giveaway blog and would love to be added to the hat. I am so impressed by your use of wine corks, of all things, to make those fabulous distressed hearts.

these are really cute! :)
Weirdly, I'd really like a Valentine's with a bunch of snow and the ability to play with my dogs in that snow :)

Well done - long may you continue to post. I will add you to my blog list so I remember to come back and visit.
I love the stamping with corks - I have a small child who insists on keeping the real wine corks, but there are now so many (hic) I am in need of inspiration other than the regular cork notice board/ausie hat trim! I shall have a go at this stamping - do you use paint or ink?
Hi Emma, thanks for your comment. I, too, have more wine corks than I know what to do with. You might want to check out this post at Crafting a Green World. It's where I got my inspiration for making stamps. I used regular old craft acrylic paints, brushed lightly onto the stamp faces with a paintbrush. Have fun!
i missed the give away but wanted to say i love your cards, they're really charming!
